For charging posts, usually 3-10 days. If out of stock, production lead time depends on order quantity. High-power DC charging posts require customization based on customer technical parameters.

How long does it take to customize the prototype?
Charging piles: 7 days. DC charging posts: 15 days. High power fast charging stations: 30 days after technical parameters are confirmed.

How to guarantee the service?
Home chargers: 1 year warranty + remote installation guidance + video tutorials. Commercial chargers: Standardized services plus payment software docking for operating companies.

How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
